FS Pilates pre-education training is a package which contains the set of videos / pre-preparation movements for the main FS Pilates Instructor training and an extended guide (sort of a short manual). The FS Pilates pre-education module is given in a form of the printable guide as well as the digital one with embedded videos. 

Those are crucial materials, to be carefully studied & practiced before the main Pilates Instructor course.
In order to receive the FS Pilate Instructor certificate two steps of certification has to be combined: FS Pilates pre-education training + main Pilates Instructor course.
